No forms to complete, no assessment to pass, no intake department. You speak with Mac or Laura, privately, about what is actually going on.
Someone will speak with you privately and respectfully. If it is easier to write first, email office@macandmacgroup.com.
Reach us at (954) 355-2040, or send a short message and we will call you back. Nothing you say on this call goes anywhere else.
One of the founders speaks with you directly about what is actually happening. This is where fit gets decided — in both directions. They will tell you honestly if Vita Nova is not right for your situation.
You choose a length together — 14, 30, 60, 90 days, or custom. Payment is completed before arrival, and an arrival date is set.
You arrive at a home, not a facility. Mac and Laura meet you at the entrance. Your room is prepared with your name, flowers, and a handwritten note. From that moment, you are family.
A large share of first calls come from someone other than the person who would be coming — a wife, a husband, a parent, an adult child. If that is you, you are not doing anything wrong by making the call.
Mac and Laura will talk with you about how to open the conversation, what tends to help, and what tends to backfire. They have been on both sides of this and they will not hand you a script.
“Before you enter the residence, Mac or Laura will speak with you directly to make sure Vita Nova is the right fit.”— Mac & Laura · Founders, Vita Nova
Exact addresses are private and shared once a guest is confirmed.
Someone who can actually speak with you about your situation privately and respectfully. Before anyone comes to the residence, Mac or Laura speak with them directly — not an intake coordinator working from a script.
A real conversation about what is going on. No forms, no assessment questionnaire, no pressure. The purpose is to understand your situation and determine honestly whether Vita Nova is the right fit.
Yes, and frequently they do. Many first calls come from a spouse, parent, or adult child. Mac and Laura will talk with you about how to approach the conversation with the person you are worried about.
When someone is ready, we move quickly — often within days. A private car is dispatched to your door once the fit conversation is complete and payment is arranged.
